IDA is a CIS.net tool owned by CISAC.

1. First, be a CISAC member
2. Second, use IPI to consult and document agreements
3. Third, sign and be compliant to the IDA Internal rules and IDA Business rules
4.  After contacting the IDA manager, you will be involved into an integration program
